PVC insulating tape is a polyvinyl chloride tape with an adhesive composition applied to one of its sides. Synthetic rubber provides a secure and fast bond, while the elasticity of the PVC tape guarantees excellent grip on uneven and curved surfaces. The best dielectric properties and increased moisture resistance make it possible to use PVC electrical tape for reliable protection of various products from the effects of dampness, ultraviolet radiation and other environmental factors.
The need for PVC tape primarily arises in cases of various engineering and technical works: to prevent short circuits and accidental contact of people during electrical repair and electrical work; for connecting cable-conducting products in the process of manufacturing cars, electronics and other products; for sealing during plumbing work; for the purpose of marking cable and conductive products.
